• In the first month after hiring I was able to clear multiple months long backlogs of patients who needed to be scheduled, and new cases coming in at least 4 days a week.

• Maintaining Surgeon schedules and calendars for both surgery and clinic schedules

• Created a more efficient system for the surgeon

• Coordinating procedures, appointments, clearances and insurance approvals for patients
